Today I delivered my photo to the De young museum. It is simply a great opportunity to be a part of the Open Exhibition here in San Francisco. But what is more important to me. It is the opportunity to share a small representation of the rich life and culture of my friends from Apartado de Urabá in Colombia. I see many similarities in my life here in the United States. Thank you very much Maria Victoria Suaza Gómez and your team at Camaleón de Urabá! Also, I send a big Thank You!! to my friends at Kunta Kinte Carabantú in Medellín, Antioquia, and my friends at La Ruta de la Miel Quipile in Bogotá. I am eternally grateful for your kindness and friendship. I look forward to having an exhibition here. But, I really looked for time to share the exhibition documents with my friends in Apartado! Thank you very much for everything everyone.
Plus it's really cool to have an image at the De Young when the Frida Kahlo exhibition is showing too!!!!
